interesting because Faraj, Nigel Faraj was asked this at a press conference yesterday and he said that he saw Ukraine's membership of NATO as being part of a long-term situation. I was a bit surprised by that. My own view is I don't see why Ukraine should not be part of NATO. After all,

NATO is not an aggressive alliance and it should be no threat to President Putin if he's not going to go invading. And he's already done that, hasn't he?
